Ship us the product
We will email you a pre-paid shipping label and shipping instructions, within one
business day of validating your proof of purchase. Simply package your trade-in
product, attach the shipping label, and ship it to us. Most items are shipped using
FedEx.
Product received
We will notify you via email upon receipt of product and verification of the product(s)
condition.
Receive your check
Your redemption check will be issued approximately 45 to 60 days after final validation
of your proof of purchase and the inspection of your trade-in product. The redemption
check will be made payable to the purchaser name on the proof of purchase invoice.
All checks are mailed via the US Postal Service. We will also notify you via email
when the rebate check is mailed.
